Facts leading toward my theory 

#1 Kelser and Juline were afraid to have kids, They were a bad match but what if there was another reason?

#2 Kelser doesn't have a 'registered' ability lots of pyrocentic's don't register abilities!

#3 He was EXTREMELY happy when Dex manifested as a technopath!
