What if... Jolie was still alive?
Well the first obvious question is who is she? In my not so humble opinion

The books and Sophie was snooping around in Jolie's room and on the vanity was a bottle of absolutely auburn and freckle juice that does sound like Tinker red hair and freckles! OK back to present day now. When they went to Tinkers house/lab/mechanic shop Sophie asked why it was so cold and Mr F said that she hated heat and only took sunlight in small doses hmmm hates fire huh? Suspicious? Coincidence?  I don't believe in   coincidences.
Last but not least her disguise it's definitely not the newest fashion trend but it could be hiding something scars, It's probably hiding scars.

Tam
In Flashback Tam left the Black Swan and joined the Neverseen  to save his sister and the Alicorns. And when Keefe joined the Neverseen he had to blowup the principals office to prove his loyalty. The thing is the Neverseen is NOT going to underestimate Tam There going to make him do something drastic like even more drastic than destroying a power plant, I think he might be forced to kill someone. Now I'm not a 100% sure who I think the Neverseen will let him chose and who does he hate most?? Keefe  I also think bighearted Lhin will try and talk him out of it annnnnnnnnnd when that fails and he shoots at Keefe Lhin will take the bullet or whatever elves use to kill each other Lhin will take the bullet and Then Tam will go even more emo. Guilt, the most dangerous emotion an elf can feel

Who will get a stuffed animal next?
This is actually a pretty hard question this time. Elwin always gives the stuffed to whoever was physically scarred but considering there was no huge fight it might go to Lhin who is emotionally scarred , think about her brother left her alone to save her life (but depeanding on how much they  told her she might not have seen it like that) And even if she did it's still her brother her brother protected her when everyone else deserted her!
(I'm also guessing it's going to be a aqua animal)
