I promised I would tell you a little more about UNLOCKED (Keeper of the Lost Cities Book 8.5) today—and I am a girl of my word!!! I can't tell you everything yet, since I'm still working on the book, but here are the things I can share:

1. As I said yesterday, UNLOCKED is a CONTINUATION of the main story of the KEEPER series, picking up right from the cliffhanger of #Legacy and filled with plenty of huge reveals—which means it's SUPER IMPORTANT for the overall series arc and you definitely don’t want to miss it.
2. I also told you that UNLOCKED is being told in a new way—and it is! The story will be told from BOTH Sophie AND Keefe’s perspectives!!!!! (still in third person, with each chapter labeled to make it clear whose POV we're in.) This will be the first time (in one of the main KEEPER books) where we get to hear the thoughts of someone besides Sophie, and it allows me to include all kinds of insights into Keefe for this next part of the adventure. (and yes, you can infer from that teaser that Keefe WILL be an active part of UNLOCKED—as will your other favorite KEEPER characters!).
3. I also told you yesterday that UNLOCKED will have a bunch of cool bonuses—and they are seriously awesome, including: brand new full color art pieces as well as black and white illustrations, a comprehensive series guide to help you easily keep track of everything going on (plus information I’ve never revealed about the Keeper world and characters before), Keeper-themed recipes, an official map of the Lost Cities, and much, much more! ✨✨✨
That's all I can share for now—but I'll be revealing lots more about UNLOCKED over the next few months as we gear up for its November 17th release date. It's going to be incredibly cool and incredibly special and I know you're going to love it!

We’re not done with all the KEEPER excitement for 2020! I told you yesterday that there’d be other fabulous things coming out this year, and today I get to tell you about them! So let's get one final drumroll...

In addition to UNLOCKED (Book 8.5), there will be THREE other new Keeper releases! One of them you probably expected: the LEGACY paperback coming out 10/13/20—but even that's going to be extra awesome because it will have the Tam story (which was published in the 1st printing of the LEGACY hardcover) AND will also include an excerpt of UNLOCKED!

And the other two KEEPER releases are surprises! First: an ANNOTATED paperback of KEEPER Book 1, coming out 8/25/20, which will include full-page black and white illustrations (yes, even more awesome KEEPER ART!!!), as well as commentary from me hand-written in the margins!!! It'll be a little like the bonus scene that was in the B&N exclusive edition of LEGACY—but instead of notes on an early draft, this will be behind-the-scenes thoughts on the finished version of KEEPER. I'm working on the annotations now, and it's SO FUN getting to share all kinds of secrets. Can't wait for you guys to read!

And as if THAT wasn't amazing enough, there will ALSO be a gorgeous new boxed set of KEEPER Books 1-3 coming out on 10/27/20 which will have stunning BRAND NEW ART on the outside of the box! (I've seen the art in progress and it's seriously so beautiful. I can't tell you which scene it's of, or which characters are in it yet—but trust me, you're all going to freak out when you see it!) AND inside the boxed set, there will also be a special KEEPER STICKER SHEET!

 Long story short KOTLC book 9 will not come out until 2021 but we are getting a bridge book called Unlocked book 8.5 also this year we are getting a book 1 with author commentary and drawings, a boxed set of the first 3 including a sticker sheet. and book 8 paperback with an excerpt from Unlocked. and book 8.5 with recipes, map, and a whole lot of fun extras 💸💸💸💸💸💸TAKE MY MONEY SHANONN!
